If you are not satisfied about the quality of the services provided or the amount of the fees charged, we kindly request that you first express your objections to the lawyer who is handling your matter. Should you be unhappy about the outcome, you may contact the complaints officer at our law firm.<\/p>\n<p>Our complaints procedure will serve as a guideline when dealing with your complaint. The complaints procedure and the name of the complaints officer will be made available upon request.
