Op de voet van artikel 35a van de regeling op de advocatuur hebben de hieronder genoemde advocaten in het rechtsgebiedenregister van de Nederlandse orde van advocaten \u00e9\u00e9n of meer rechtsgebieden geregistreerd. Per advocaat gaat het om de volgende rechtsgebieden:<\/p>\n

Dylan Griffiths:
\n<\/strong>– arbeidsrecht
\n– intellectueel eigendomsrecht<\/p>\n

Samantha de Graaf:
\n<\/strong>– arbeidsrecht<\/p>\n

Martijn Uijen:
\n<\/strong>– ondernemingsrecht (fusies en overnames, vennootschappen)
\n– verbintenissenrecht<\/p>\n

Marije van der Jagt:
\n<\/span><\/strong><\/u>– <\/span>intellectueel eigendomsrecht
\n<\/span><\/u><\/u><\/u>– <\/span>privacyrecht<\/span><\/p>\n

Luke Walker:
\n<\/strong>– arbeidsrecht
\n– intellectueel eigendomsrecht<\/p>\n

De registratie verplicht elk van de genoemde advocaten om ieder kalenderjaar volgens de normen van de Nederlandse orde van advocaten tien opleidingspunten te behalen op ieder door hem of haar geregistreerd rechtsgebied.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
